Comment: My sister absolutely loves them, she has wide feet and it's difficult for her to find fitting shoes (normally too narrow for her but SoftWalk's 10W Miranda is just what she needed). she is a college student and has to walk a lot everyday... so yeah this pair is serving the purpose in a beautiful way... and personally, i think they look just great... true to the size cute shoes... i think both my sister and me will buy softwalk pairs...

Summary: Nice for a granny, not a thirty something
Comment: I really liked the pair of softwalk shoes I had a few years ago, so I thought I'd get these since they were on sale and looked nice enough. I was quite wrong. They do appear to be well made, but they are neither attractive nor comfortable. They look like slightly modernized orthopedic grandma shoes. They look overly wide too, even though they didn't feel that way (I did not even order a wide, it was just the normal width fit). And as much as I love my grandmother I don't want to dress like her at this point in my life. In terms of comfort, my feet felt kind of squashed into the shoe, even wearing very thin cotton socks. It felt true to size, my toes weren't hitting the front of the shoe or anything, and they weren't slipping or sliding, but just not a comfy style of fit, my foot felt smothered, if that makes sense. The heels were a really nice height, but all things considered, definitely a "no go". The return policy of Amazon and Shoebuy were very fair and straightforward though so I do appreciate that - and I will order shoes from Amazon/Shoebuy again, just not this style of shoe.

Comment: This is a fabulous shoe that is perfect for work (dressy casual). I ordered the narrow and it was so narrow that I needed a much larger size. Seemed to run small. Otherwise, very comfortable.
