Summary: Squeak fixable by duct tape
Comment: I just want to reiterate what the reviewer "Diane -Wisconsin" says about fixing the annoying squeak that seems to come with this insole -- just trim the edges with duct tape and the noise will be eliminated. Another reviewer says that the insole shrinks after being heated in the oven, but I myself did not notice much difference before and after. It is probably wise to cut the insole down to your size *after* the heat treatment, though the instructions do not make mention of this at all. The Polysorb is otherwise a great product.

Summary: Best ever.
Comment: I've used inserts in the past, but none as comfortable as these. And I've had none of the problems some of the other reviewers described. I found heating them straightforward and easy, as was inserting them into my shoe, no noticeable shrinkage, no squeaking. They do add some weight to your shoe, but unless you're a runner, I can't see that it would make any difference whatsoever. I have nothing negative to say about them at all. They add comfort, and reduced the pain I've been experiencing.

Comment: This insole works fairly well and can be heated/molded to your foot. However, I am undecided if it really helped my high arches or not.

Comment: For me this sole worked best with a boot, its perfect - no questions about it.
I still have to try it with soft sports shoe, I am going to order few more.

There must be other great insoles out there but this is the best out of the once I tried.

Comment: These are WONDERFUL support footbeds only ONE problem... they SQUEEL when you walk. They need to be trimmed with duct tape and so does the inside of the shoe where they rub then they are quiet as a mouse. I am surprised Spenco doesn't address this problem. I'm sure it would be an easy fix by using a different material to finish off the footbed. I LOVE the support they give so I work with the "problem". I highly recommend these to anyone who needs orthotics. They do the same thing at a fraction of the price so you can afford to have them in ALL your shoes.
