Comment: These are the WORST. I have been buying 9 west shoes since they started and I have never had a pair fail in so many ways! They are arched at a peculiar angle (so you are pitched forward too far), they rubbed blisters in places where there are no seams to rub, they pinched my little toe, and they stained my feet black (a sign of either cheap dye or materials). I am really disappointed in them.

Summary: Looks were deceiving
Comment: For the first time, I am disappointed with a Ninewest shoe purchase. I bought these shoes to wear to work because they appear to be a low heel shoe. When I tried them on I noticed they had an awkward arch and the heel was much higher than it looked online. I kept the shoe because it is somewhat cute but had I tried them on in the store, I would not have bought them.

Comment: This shoe is really gorgeous but a little too big for me. I am a dedicated lover of Nine West shoes but their sizes are sometimes inconsistent. I usually wear a half size larger in Nine West whole shoes but it seems if i had purchased my normal size this shoe would have fitted me perfectly. I stuffed it to wear it and I still love it though!!!!!
