Comment: Like most people have said, I'd suggest a half size up from your regular shoe size. I had bought character shoes from this company before, so I was pretty sure how they'd fit, but they changed the material they use for the top of the shoe since my first purchase. Now the black cover on the upper part of the shoe scuffs off VERY easily. I have only used mine for one show and there are already places where the top layer is rubbing off. I'm hoping that some black shoe polish or something like it will help.

Comment: I hated formal ocasions due to the uncomfortable shoes that go with the outfits. Having dancers in the family, these shoes were suggested as a solution. My other sister works in retail and bought the T-strap for work and is very pleased. Street shoes don't breathe well and get uncomfortable after an hour or two, while these have several more hours of comfort in them and breathe very well. I intend to terst all the different styles.

Comment: The shoes are comfortable enough to wear all day doing singing valentines. Ordered one size larger than my shoe size. They arrived very quickly. I don't know if it's because I have big feet (11.5), but after wearing for a day they had wrinkled on the top, where they bend.

Summary: NOT bigger than street shoes!!!
Comment: I saw soooo many ppl here suggest buying up 1 size. I have small feet (5 1/2) and listened to the seller and ordered 1/2 size up to a 6. It is half an inch big!!! I am so mad, I wish I had order my street shoes size. Otherwise it's pretty comfortable... but now they're scratching my ankle b/c they don't fit!!!

Summary: Great, comfortable dancing shoes!
Comment: I've been dancing in these for 6-10 hours a week for the past month, and love them. They're comfortable (and it's hard for me to find comfortable heels since my feet are wide, but the regular medium width was perfect), and the 1.5 inch heel is great for dancing on the balls of your feet without killing them (but I also added a gel insole for more comfort). These shoes do run 1/2 size small, though, so order up 1/2 size.
