Comment: These boots will keep your feet cozy and dry in the coldest and wettest of conditions; however, they are a bit heavy and I feel like I am sporting clown shoes when I wear them.

Comment: These boots are by far the BEST snow boots I have ever worn. I have always worn Columbia coats, jackets and gloves during our cold Pennsylvania winters. But these are the 1st pair of Columbia boots I have ever bought. I won't ever buy another brand! My children love the snow and all the activities that it brings. These boots made my winter much more enjoyable. I could pull my sled riding children up the 150 yard hill 20+ times and not slip or fall once. My feet did not ache or burn during those 20+ treks uphill. And, yes, they remained DRY & TOASTY WARM even throughout the "Just one more time, Mom, paleeez?" trips. They are very easy to pull on & take off and they do not have laces that need to be tied. This winter my husband and children are getting Columbia boots too!

Summary: Unhappy that I did not receive this item.
Comment: I was very excited to get these boots, they looked to be excellent quality and a great value. I ordered them in plenty of time to take them on our planned weekend away. They did not arrive, instead I recieved some sort of excercise ball in what was suppose to be the boots. I immediately contacted AMAZON because at that point I only had 3 days before my trip. I asked them to please send the boots immediately because of the mistake. They instead said that I had to contact FOGDOG directly. I did and FOGDOG said sorry, we can only send you the boots if you order, pay for them again and pay for the express shipping. Then return the excercise ball and get refunded for the original purchase. I had to go out and buy the boots at a local store. I am still waiting for the refund of the excercise ball and it has been 3 weeks.

After many great purchases from Amazon over the years I am now saidly disappointed. This will change my Amazon purchase plans in the future.

Summary: Super warm!
Comment: I purchased these for my winter trips to Europe. Although winter was rather warm, there were a few days when these boots came in handy! I personally felt they are about half a size bigger; however, if one wears an extra sock, it should work just fine. I wore them in Norway, Russia and Iceland and my feet stayed dry and warm. I am not, per se, impressed with the "stylishness" or "femininity" of the boot, but these were for warmth and for fun in the snow. Very sturdy, warm and waterproof. Easy to clean. I also bought a pair for my Mom for her long walks with the dog - she loves them as well!

Comment: These boots were great for slogging through the snow. However,I was surprised by how heavy they felt on my feet, so I wouldn't wear them for long distances or for hiking endeavors.
