Summary: Comfortable and weather proof
Comment: Overall, a pretty good purchase. I wanted a pair of flat but slouchy boots for the winter throughout my pregnancy. So far, these have fit the ticket. They're comfortable and easy to slip on - even over my swollen ankles. They're also very warm (sometimes, too warm!) and so far, weather proof (I haven't gone sluding through puddles) since I've worn them in rain and snow so far.

Comment: I've gotten a chance to wear these boots a few times and they are great! I think they look better in person than in the pictures. They look great with jeans or leggings. They are very soft and needed no breaking in. With that said, I don't ever wear boots barefooted so maybe that's why they're so comfortable! I actually saw on one website that the material may be pig leather rather than the usual cow leather, so that might be the difference in texture. As they are though, they're still pretty awesome boots.

Comment: I have never worn Chinese Laundry boots,but I love these boots!They are sooo comfortable and such a good bargain.I wore them to shop at the mall and they remained comfortable for several hours.I would definitely recommend them.I plan to purchase other Chinese Laundry shoes in the future.

Comment: I think these boots are very nice looking and the price was very appealing. I also think that they are quite warm b/c the sides are kind of padded. However, when I ordered my usual size, a women's 7, I really regretted not getting a 7.5. Also, the right boot is noticeably tighter than the left. I don't know if one foot is bigger than the other or if the boots are defective. At any rate, I attempted to break them in last week and was rewarded with a giant blister on my right heel. Also, they are so tight that I can't even wear thin socks comfortably with these boots. I can already tell that these boots are destined to languish at the back of my closet.

Comment: These boots are the "best buy" of the season. I love them. The leather is soft, and they are very versatile. You can wear them folded down, or unfolded...would loook great with leggings, or jeans tucked in. They are so comfortable! These will be by go-to boots this fall and winter. Today, I have them on with a black dress and a red sweater. I got them for $25 dollars - an absolute steal!!
