Summary: Not sure about the wear under water
Comment: I live in Alaska so these seem perfect. I haven't yet worn them in cold/wet weather, but the fit is great. I have a wide foot, ordered a 7 (I wear from 6.5 to 7.5) and had plenty of room for thick socks. These are adorable and I for the first time in years - I can't wait for the yucky weather.
