Summary: Not So Bad
Comment: Actually, this dress is not as bad as I thought it would be, for 8 bucks. The fabric is actually quite nice, a soft jersey that fits and hangs very well. It's a sweet little "tea dress" (as featured in the latest issue of Lucky Magazine) that would be perfect for shopping on a hot summer's day. The sleeves were the only thing that bothered me. Not that I found them tight, as many of the reviewers have complained -- I just think they are not a very flattering length. So I cut them off at the cuff, hemmed with hem tape, then sewed the opening closed and embellished with the original covered buttons. Voila! My biggest problem with this dress is this: they sent me the wrong color. They sent the dark blue print and not the mauve as indicated. However, this would not have been a problem as that is the color I wanted in the first place. But I did not realize that the blue print as pictured is not the blue I received. The color looks disconcertingly like camo. And I hate camo.

Comment: When I first saw this dress when it arrived I though it looked very washed out as if it were left in the sun for weeks. Then I thought to myself, maybe it really isn't that bad,(As I had actually purchased it as a gift). Just to ensure that it would fit the person, I tried it on and the first fault I found when putting it on was that the dress has a stretch, BUT NOT THE ARMS. So it would not fit the person that it was intended for. The arms fitted me a little snug but the body was big. Then I thought well, I would just keep as I would be able to was the belt to give it the shape needed.
The very first day that I wore it to work the bottoms on it started to fall of.....at this point I just sat there wondering why was it that this dress EVER cost $40.00 US dollars as it really is not even worth the sale price of 8$.
At this point the dress has been washed after the one wear and it now has 4 bottoms missing.
The one saving grace is that the day I wore it, it really didn't look all that bad on.

Comment: When i received this dress, it wasnt my expection. I got the dark blue color, but the colors on this dress are so dull and faded out. The material is more so like cotton/spandex. Its a very simple dress like to for your day-off. Its a okay looking type of dress, but it just didnt wow me at all!
