Summary: Comfortable boot that runs a little large
Comment: I first bought this boot from another webiste in the Tan color. I wear a 9M and even with a thick sock on they were too large. I then saw them here on Amazon for a significant amount less. I purchased a 8.5 in black (for greater versatility) and they fit great. I love how comfortable they are without being clunky. They feel like sneakers. The leather is a bit stiff but not too much. I bought these to be my running around, comfy boots and they fulfill that roll perfectly.
I have not experienced any of the problems another reviewer did with the back pull on strap and I give it quite a tug to get these on. The smaller size is a bit snug to get on but once on it fits perfectly. I imagine with more wear they will soften up. I only wish Amazon still had the Tan available in my size. I would buy those too.

Comment: I love these boots! I got them in the dark brown, and then sprayed them with some waterproof stuff. They are so great, I wear them everyday.

Comment: I bought these boots and they are awesome. They are ankle boots and very comfortable. I would have given them five stars if they were waterproof. I've walked through snow in them, and after being waterproofed, were fine. The loop at the back to help you pull them on is a little flimsy. Don't yank on it you'll break it off- I did. The ankle straps really do hold your feet in place too. Overall, a good buy.
